He should have been grateful that the police were there to investigate a possible break-in and fully cooperated with them, not acted like a racist idiot by refusing to prove who he was and screaming obscenities at the officer(s).

I say, be proud of it and scream from the mountaintops "MY GOAL IS TO MAXIMIZE MY INVESTOR'S RETURN, AND I DO THAT BY MAKING STRATEGIC REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT DECISIONS!"

At all the townhall meetings I attended, it was the neighbors who literally screamed about "the transients."

Nobody listing agent is going to run to you screaming "buy my overpriced garage deal".  

If I analyze the data and all signs point to buy, corelogic can scream sell all it wants to.

In the end it was a screaming deal and I learned from it so I can't complain much 😉

@Austin GreenIt looks like I am going to be in the minority here ... and I can already hear the screams and groans --I left my career about 3 years ago --- In the previous 4-5 years I had developed sufficient passive income from rental property to pay my bills -- so I decided to leave a 16year career and give up health insurance and retirement benefits, etc.  

These tenants have a screaming good deal on rent and they know it.

Every year at this time are a bunch of people screaming for k1s so they can pretty please do their taxes.
