We think it is due to lack of ventilation and are putting more vents to increase air circulation and stop the growth.

They did not do so causing poor circulation which caused an ice build up on the less than two year old air handler.

I want to buy when the blood in the streets is so deep I need hip-weighters to get around.  

Get the blood suckers out of there and move on.

When there is 6+ months of inventory then there will be substantial blood in the water and the deals will be plentiful.
