These are questions I have that I find a wide range of answers to.

I know each deal and situation is different, but I'm just trying to figure out a ballpark range so I don't risk offending the other person or really short changing myself.

I plan to take care of it as an act of goodwill since the tenant has been very good and self-sufficient, but I don't know if it's actually a problem that I'm responsible for.
