The lot is approximately 8 inches short of the minimum lot width requirements.

I know a bunch of people that skirt the rules... but they probably look over their shoulders from time to time wondering what will happen when they get caught...

They said that you just need to "tap" on their shoulder for money back....i do not know if someone who is not satisfied have done that.   

You could lend and then look over their shoulder every step of the way to become more familiar with the fix and flip (or buy and hold) business model.

Keep a good 4 widths running at a time so the cuts don't run like stairsteps across the floor.

If you're good at finding and negotiating deals, why would you want to constantly look over your shoulder?
