Are you using postcards or letters at the moment?

For the last couple of years our company has alternated between Property Radar and Listability to find lists of homeowners for our postcard mailing.

Several members of KnoxREIA use CRSdata.com to extract mailing info and then use click2mail.com to design and send postcards or letters.

Should I be sending out postcards stating I buy ugly houses then get a Realtor to put the house under contract or what.

I'm seriously considering reaching out to some wholesalers since I've been getting postcards from them wanting to buy my property.  

Other than be one of the 10000 post card senders.

You need a website.I see this over and over again and everyone simply follows some dude that once claimed a yellow paper magically gets you leads.OK so enough whining.. let me be constructive here.A mailer, letter, postcard, .. heck send your dirty undies through mail and write your number on it.. it is all the same.how?

If you're signed up for Paint Perks, they'll send you a postcard a week or so before the sale happens. 

We typically use cheap, postcards for mailing so you can assume those into your costs.

There will be work involved, but if you put a few thousand dollars into mailing postcards and picked up the phone right when it rang, you could make your money back in just a few months with little risk, and it could help give you a lot of experience.
