Has anyone purchased homes off of auction sites or even in person?

Expenses that exclusively relate to the rental unit are 100% deductible, shared property expenses (like mortgage interest, insurance, and common area repairs) are typically 50% deductible, and personal residence expenses aren’t deductible.

I have used the full service at $10/mo/unit and most currently their 24/7 emergency service for $1/mo.I was honestly a little skeptical at first, but the sales person did a really good job explaining their service, and I have been extremely impressed with the service they provide.

It seemed like a potential way to expand into markets outside my personal reach using local expertise.

@Aria SahaI did this and my bank wasn’t happy I moved 5 of my deeds from my personal name to my LLC.

I would approach a couple of Independent Agents (represent multiple companies) that write both Personal and Business Insurance.  

You could also use tile - though not my personal aesthetic choice.

My CFP told me under person name is ok. 

Just change your settings and discounts to attract MTR or LTR crowds,  personally, I would be careful Of furnished finders.
