I am considering selling a BRRR property that I have occupied personally while renting out its attached ADU. 

They tried to send via certified mail but I am out of state for now.I was thinking to write a lease termination contract encapsulating the tenant's letter with the fully executed lease as an attachment. 

The seller is too emotionally attached you will probably need to move on.

There is an excellent spot to add one however, only about 20ft off the ground level and it would work well attaching stairs to this sort of little sunroom that extends out past the roof edge on the second floor.

Since they did not want to sell their interest, because of their emotional attachment to the property, the company I worked for paid the Insured the policy amount since the fair market value of the Plaintiff children's 2/3 rds interest appeared to be greater than that amount. 

I received an email today saying that April rent will be delayed, and they attached a document saying that no evictions allow and no late fee allow during this. 

Also, there are specific Covid-19 Amendments that we have been attaching to Purchase and Sales agreements to protect our buyers.
