:)I'm sure you'll be very successful either way Raquel :) Just don't drink too much Oakland or West Oakland Koolaid at the wrong price ;) @Arlen Chou has been drinking up, but at a very reasonable $/sqft and on reasonably realizable income (and with much more financial capacity, no offense), so just remember there are economic cycles, plans that don't always come to fruition, and West Oakland is certainly not immune to those dynamics IMHO...

No offense, but your soliloquy about the proposed tax plan is so off base I am supposing you never read it.

Steve Mindy's gentle persuasion got me on the pod cast in about 3 years.. your message is important ,and I agree ( no offense Mindy) but many of the pod cast are just those selling something at the end of the day and I fully understand that.. 

Be wary of past DUI offenses, it speaks to personal responsibility/life choices.

It amazes me a party gets you a certified letter but I have to read the police log to uncover serious offenses.

. - No open Bankruptcies - must be discharged 3 months prior to application- Criminal Record - no sex offenses, domestic violence, property damage, violent or fraud offenses - I don't include anything regarding current bills, credit score, etc.
