Do they seem to be experienced renters or novices?

I’ve never been to a Trustee’s Sale so your looking at a novice/amateur.

It is used to convince novices to invest in less profitable areas. 

She handled everything with a minimum of fuss and ensured that everything was in good condition for the new tenant.Being a complete novice and not knowing anyone in the area who was renting a property out I wasn't able to get a referral for a property manager. 

Not sure of your experience level but this kind of project is not for a novice.  

Everybody started as a novice somewhere, sometime so just set your mind to learning the niche you are interested in and pursue it.Since you are interested in Note investing (like I am), I'm sure if you've listened to Dave's podcast from a few months ago.

I'm completely novice to Excel/Spreadsheeting, so as step-by-step as you knowledgeable folks can get would be appreciated!

Any more and the profit margin is just to low and if your selling to an investor the chance that you'll get the actual value is rather low unless you find a novice.

I've seen this game perpetrated on novice landlords literally for months.
