Insurance issues, you can’t declare homestead for an LLC, you lose your section 121 exclusion for taxes on profit, assuming you live there for st least 2 years and rent it for less than 3 years before selling, etc.

The authorizing documents (Articles of Incorporation, or similar) that create the entity are recorded along with the other Governing Documents of the Association, such as By-Laws, Declaration, Plot Map, and House Rules with your State or County the same as Mortgages and Deeds.

If you are buying a "secondary home" in Connecticut, and going up there to visit part of the year, and still living in Florida, occupying your "primary home" in Florida full time, still declaring your Florida residency, working in Florida, keeping your "homestead tax exemption" in Florida, etc....then you won't be subject to Connecticut income tax.
