Until the area becomes more appealing to an outside source of prospective tenants, you're choosing from the already resident pool, which is on the lower end (income, education, criminal history, lifestyle, etc.)

No offense, I get what you're saying i promise, why ask a question when you can just look it up due to the question already being answered a 100 times.

If you can show that there is criminal activity, you can get eviction in 3 days.You possibly have to file a Trespass To Try Title suit to get clear title and possession.
