The big chains (Seasons, Cumberland Farms, New England Farms, etc) typically look for locations at a traffic light and will sometimes build on a corner opposite a direct competitor if the traffic count is high enough.Those same factors go into making the location successful for your lessee, which means that they can afford to keep paying your NNN lease.I'm no expert on electric cars, but I think that they'll need service too.
