I'm hoping that someone has some experience in this Arena. our nonprofit organization is currently purchasing an old storefront Church from the city to eventually use as a community center.

I finally jumped in after finding 2 live mentors one guy from my church who owns 50 properties and is a contractor and another guy who is a real estate professor at a local college.

It could take just one single call on the weekend on a Saturday while going to church that could make you blow up and say, "I want to leave this business"!

I think when an individual can integrate all aspects of themselves (business, home, church, etc) into one, they come out to be an individual very comfortable with themselves, confident, and intriguing.

It's an old row house in Church Hill from the late 1800s, so I'm sure there are a lot of issues like that.
