Wood floors are pine or maple usually and thinner planked T&G.You'll find both in an updated condition, tile sewer lines probably replaced, electrical updates, either can be expensive updates.

I am now thinking 2x per cold season is actually the correct amount, based on my assumption that a person in the Denver-Metro area is likely only needing their furnace from Nov - May (unless they are super-wimpy like I now am, with tropical blood).

*enough saidOnce I was fully out of Memphis, I was finally able to sleep soundly.Deals are abound, but terrible tenants and blood sucking PM's and so called "Investment Firms" abound as well.Sticking to what I know, in area's I know, is what I'm all about now.

before u buy, chk the student rental policy. where we are no more than 3 related blood tenants can live in 1 unit. so 5 bed homes are harder to sell. bc if city finds out, they will be fined.
