Really the best thing is going to be having the structure examined by a good GC or a structural engineer in person.

As an aside I think given the way real estate has been much more financialzed in the last 20 years with much more investment into it than most of history (Flipping Airbnb etc didn’t really exist until the 90’s-00’s) I think it’s quite likely the housing market had corrections every 10-20 years and behave’s like a slightly less volatile stock market since it’s much closer to the stock market than it was in the past.

Secondly, people love to give sob stories, lie about the breed, give lengthy monologues about how “well-behaved” their particular dog is, or not disclosing initially then calling it an ESA after lease signing.
