Hi Kyle, So, the HOA law firm came back and mentions that it is a valid quorum and they can go ahead.I also read, https://www.davis-stirling.com/HOME/Statutes/Civil...Which states just a quorum requirement.However, our HOA is trying to use California Civil laws for voting and our CC&R which is old (1987 or something like that), states something different.

Does anyone have experience setting up a Tennessee LLC and know the pros and cons of protection offered under the Tennessee statute?

If you look up your states insurance commission, they will probably have a number you can call and they should be able to provide you the specifics as to the statute of limitations on filing a storm claim.

NJ statute allows for 2 as of right, I believe, so after that, sale is coming.

I think you need to look into your state and city's ordinances and statutes regarding rental properties. 

I think what is needed is to challenge the agency's overly restrictive interpretation of the statute.

@Eli Kim Detroit's statutes require a rental property to have Certificate of Compliance to collect rent.
