Ann Newburn I’m not sure how and why a successful wholesaler would even look on the MLS and try to tie up a property since it’s already price at full, yes you could try it add on a 5k fee but that won’t take you to dar in this game.

.- Emergency maintenance calls, I talked to rentredi and they have an add-on for maintenance, its just $25/mo for any number of units- maintenance getting done cost effectively and acceptable quality is a challenge, yet to figure out this piece- Screening can be done with rentredi as well.I think I'm half way through, pls help me out if you know the answer to the other two.

Think the whole set plus some additional hook-ups and add-ons ran me about $2.1k after taxes.
