In your 80s maybe more spend on health care.

Where we were once primarily service, healthcare and equestrian jobs, we have added very significant distribution jobs with FedEx, Amazon, Chewy, Autozone and Dollar Tree all building large distribution centers in Ocala. 

Looking at the American health care system, I can see how easy someone can lose everything when they get sick.

So now I am faced with a tough decision, do I try to get a high paying job in DC with health care and a 401K or do I continue to peruse real estate. 

Other health care professionals include radiology, occupational and physical therapy, surgeons, anesthesiologists, rehabilitation, respiratory therapists - essentially almost any health care profession.

I was successful in healthcare too before real estate, but that was just money, not the freedom or happiness.

It's also a healthcare hub for the surrounding areas.  

I prefer to stay fully employed and invest on the side (read all night long) for the 401k, health care, steady income, etc.

I work in healthcare field and people always make $10 $20 monthly payment.
