Does it have a new kitchen....what color are the cabinets, what color are the counter tops, what color stains are on the floor, does it have solar panels.  

Probably would do some simple wood shutters stained the same color as door to pull it all together.

But the premium stuff is much more expensive, you still have to dig to get straight pieces and you still have to sand and stain it (or not).

Also with concrete stained floors and a metal roof you could "renter proof" one pretty easy and have fewer maintenance costs.
