Good team = golden.

Lafayette Square, our most prosperous historic district has the most restrictive rules when it comes to housing due to historic preservation, has a high number of STRs.Here is my golden rule for STL city rentals.

From what I read, the golden hours are somewhere between 8-10am and 4-6pm.  

Also becoming the President or top player in a publicly traded company and getting that golden parachute works too.. know a few of those.. 

So I am going to reply as if your looking for due diligence and the analysis of the overall park to establish value and any pitfalls or golden nuggets that can be found. 

Some wholesalers will work with you and flexible but others are like, their word is golden word and act like one even though they don't realize they don't make money if you are not around.

@Madhuri Arora  The majority of this post (from my perspective is to challenge concepts)...BRRRR doesn't make a lot of sense to me personally, but there are a lot of folks that see it as the "golden goose" of investing.

That's the golden goose.

Why would you want to sell the goose that lays the golden egg?
