There is plenty of $ in AirBNB rentals - but beware - a local RE attorney I use has many - and the horror stories continue to mount up!

Hi @Craig Conte Some good markets you can look into in South Jersey would be Haddon Heights, Haddon TWP, Audubon, Willingboro, Somerdale, Magnolia, Stratford, Bellmawr, Runnemede, Barrington, Mount Laurel, Maple Shade, Berlin, Collingswood, Gibbsboro, Laurel Springs, Merchantville, Delran, Glassboro, Deptford, Mantua, Monroe and Pitman.

Kinda like riding a bike; you can read about it till the cows come home, but you won't actually learn till you mount up, and pedal like heck.

Maybe even take away 1' of closet and build a wall around the panel so it's fire rated if it's an issue.Is the box flush mount with the wall and has maybe 6 breakers? 

Maybe look in some of the suburban markets like Belleville, Mount Horeb, Sun Prairie, Deforest, etc.
