That's a scam and fraudulent act. 

I believe they're entitled, especially in combat.  

It seems to me that the landgeek guys are upselling more and more, which will make them indistinguishable from fraudulent sellers of flipping strategies.

What title company would provide title insurance for  fraudulent transaction?

I was going through the USAF Combat Control pipeline and was had not idea about real estate. 

Basically I dont think its fraudulent, to re-write offers as long as a blank addendum states that you will be doing so, and the seller signs that form(form 34). so in short, this is why it needs to be done.
