You can have direct incorp set it up for you or a lawyer I use them and it was a success, then you have to file a publication with a agency which you can find on line... any further details just ask hope that helps.

Turns out the condo was in a flood zone and had no master flood insurance, and you couldn't get an Agency 30YF mortgage on it.

You just need to explain to the landlord that the W9 form is basically saying the funds for the rent came from a agency,  not from you, but on your behalf.. so reason for this is to document the funds were given properly for rent to the owner,, and not to just some person posing as a landlord. 

Best to do through a title agency in my opinion.

So long story short, I had to research to get the correct forms and get an approved agency where she lives to review and send the documents.I will be giving Jamie a call for sure.
