I recently moved to Europe from Texas and have noticed that there are lots of short-term (Airbnb) rentals in most of the European cities.

I'm also currently looking at a few in Northside which I believe is kind of a sleeping giant.... there is still plenty of stock beautiful home...

I should say thanks to the European Central Bank for being aggressive with their monetary policy and putting pressure on the Fed Reserve.

But some nice couches and giant TVs from Walmart 55” is under $300 with Roku look for TCL brand or the 65” sharp.

That combined with a giant pile of old firewood in the garage and warming weather is probably making the problem a little worse than normal, but still not an infestation.If my treatments and moving the wood don't seem to solve the issue I will do a one-time "courtesy" treatment from Orkin.

If it never offers a good opportunity again, I will have to settle for crying over the lost opportunity in to the giant pile of cash generated by a 15-20% return.

I also ANSWER my phone when ever possible even to say I have to call you back. then I do my work out and turn it off about 5 and then watch sports ( 49ers, Giants Warriors are my teams)  then check out BP and other things like aviation sites. ( avid pilot) and then fishing .. like to fish.Stop and smell the roses quarterly  IE take a nice trip somewhere Mexico..
