These contracts are both dated 2019 and appear to be lease agreements for solar equipment that I, nor the mortgage lender, were ever a party to.

Hi Josh, it doesn't appear that the Broker representing the seller is at fault here. 

I would also add that most of the small multifamily I see in that area appear to be on the rougher side.

They appear to have run into liquidity and cash flow issues currently and worst of all have gone dark and not shared any of the requested financial information.

It appears that fincen has neglected to update (at least) that page.
