I've been reviewing a ton of deals in the past few weeks in the Pittsburgh area, and I definitely can appreciate how vital underwriting taxes into the deal can be. 

Growing my network is vital for me at this moment in time. 

Geared towards investors, not homeowners, it has a lot of the vital information like how much rent is being collected, expenses, NOI and Cap Rate.

Finding a good, reliable contractor is vital.

A fiscally sound city will have cash reserves which helps with vitalization projects and encouraging jobs into the city.Taking the first step is the hardest.
