@Ryan Duphorn  a  5 /2  and 1920 square feet IMHO isn't a good health care traveler accommodation unless you are in a area with a shortage of housing. 

new houses are getting sold for 600K, old houses switched to multiple offer selling model, just like some places in GTA.

With no credit score the interest rate would be based on the lowest credit bucket.

However, if the FHA interest rate is lower, I would still go that route and if rates drop refinance  however keep in mind FHA has PMI for life  Here you go
