My answer would certainly be highly dependent on his own emotional make up, his desire to relax and travel, his willingness to delegate and outsource, etc.

I'm looking for someone is willing to spend time with me and maybe teach/talk/travel around the city some.

Why are they so cheap????)

This doesn't come cheap--these folks were making high six to seven figures depending on volume.We focused on lending to professional real estate investors--so our customers were frequent repeat borrowers. 

However, I am seeing more interest in MTR's and have a colleague that does well buying condos and renting out to traveling medical workers and foreign exchange students.  

Add thoughtful touches like a Keurig or French press, USB chargers, and local travel guides.

I would definitely focus on market growth oppose to finding a cheap property.

I would put it out to local event planners and wedding planners as they could send you a lot of business.I also would want to take this furnished, you would need a very good designer and it would not be cheap to recreate it how it is in the photos.
