How was the transition to using Baselane on your own?

I was an active investor and fully transitioned to a passive investor in syndications.  

Do a cash out refinance to offset any credit card or installment loan with a rate above 9% to offset the loss until you have the ability to sell ot or transition into a STR.

This is risky since we are out of state so I am looking for pointers on how the transition works on a section 8 and really anything else you think could help my research.

These include the expansion of the VIA Metropolitan Transit system, enhancements to the city's fiber optic network, and the development of smart city initiatives.

Once I transitioned to an MTR model where we can be a one-stop-shop here in Columbus my clients are doing much better with cashflow.  

IIRC, Zillow was just flipping homes similar to opendoor and other ibuyers.While Flock is actually implementing the IRS 721 section directly - Exchange your rental property into a (UP)REIT .This bypasses the whole DST to REIT transition since Flock purchases the property and puts it in their one REIT.

Then using the recoup to fund my primary residence BRRRR to then fund my transition into SFR BRRRR.

I started with Guesty for Host (non-pro version) and transitioned to Hostaway and now we are with Hostaway for over a year and half and no complaints.

My aim is to transition from a traditional 8 to 5 job to working for myself on my own terms.
