Inspection reports often are tilted purposefully towards making it sound worse than it is, and giving you the worst case scenario to make negotiating for a credit easier.

Am I "tilting at windmills"?

The house has foundation issue; cracks on the wall/brick and one side of living area is tilted down noticeably.

a lot of the advice ur getting here is from sage-old experienced people who've had a lot of success.....so of course they're going to preach the "safest" path with 20/20 hindsight.....If you're young, that's all the more reason to go FULL TILT.
