I will explain in greater detail.I put alarm systems in all my houses in addition to smart lock and a smart thermostat that are all linked to my alarm system and a amazing web interface from Alarm.com.

We got a call at about 6 pm from these tenants and according to them there was a thief and their doors are broken and not in working condition, luckily nothing disappeared from  their apartment, and they need our immediate action to fix a door.

The kind I do not like are passed on from their parents who never learned to work so they expect you take care of them.There are some restrictions and annual inspection most have to do with safety(railing), smoke alarms, and sanitation....

.- The home insurance after the sale (the new owner is the "insured") should retain the name of the previous owner(payor of the bank note) on the insurance as "additional insured" so as to not set off any alarms with the bank.- Use a 3rd party loan servicing company to collect all mortgage and escrow payments and make all appropriate payments to the bank lender as well as seller finance lender.
