This I hope will allow me quit my day job and work as an owner of my own physical therapy clinics where I may franchise in order to protect myself from automation and give back to the community in ways of health and wellness, education, and chronic pain treatment.

Hello All,I have been plugging away at a large sum of student debt over 100k after attending Physical Therapy School for my Doctorate.

I understand ESA and Service/Therapy Animal rules for an individual apartment or home, My concern is that I have several 6 bedroom group homes I rent to University Students.

One tenant is a stand alone therapist that has an indoor therapy pool, the other is a podiatrist that is part of a large group and corp guaranteed lease.  

Ultimately I spent $250K on College to emerge with a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy. 

Recently I have had two different tenants tell me they are getting Service/Assitance/Therapy animal, and tell me they do not have any restrictions or fees to pay.

I recently graduated physical therapy school and I'm going to be working as a travel therapist.

It may be that she is just severely mentally ill and skipping her medication doses and/or therapy sessions.I would just minimize your contact with her and only respond to her for emergency maintenance situations.
