He is a tattoo artist and I am a hairstylist.

Pay too much now as many people do you will need to own it like a tattoo, for life!

Until there is a radical shift in the way people work (remote positions, virtual offices, etc...) or the value we place on rural jobs (farmers, teachers, artisans) all goes up dramatically, values in places like this in rural america will continue to remain flat.

Overall very low tooth-to-tattoo ratio in this part of the state. 

Mac Dade Blvd and Chester Pike were never great, but now you've got tattoo parlors (nothing wrong with tattoos) and vape shops on these roads and many of the duplexes are near these locations.

Of course I could rightly be accused of being part of that gentrification;  after all I don't even have a single tattoo.
