If there is a surplus of two bedroom units, then it may be tough to rent.With two bedrooms you are likely to have fewer people and therefore less wear and tear on the property.

It wasn't more than 15 years ago, we had a unified President and Congress working in tandem on a semi-similar platform and it didn't turn out very well at all and they got to start with a federal surplus.
