They have parking lots to support the necessary parking and serve as the grocery stores for a lot of communities across the country. 

However, given that many sellers have locked in ultra-low mortgage rates from 2020–2021, the existing home supply remains constrained, which will continue to support home prices in certain areas.For investors, rental properties remain a strong option in an inflationary environment.

You have a good support system here, hopefully your brokerage does as well.

However, I had to subordinate the sellers note to 2nd position (hint: set up that language in advance to streamline the process, if that's the direction you're going to go).Since the ARV was high enough, and the potential income would support the mortgage and expenses, it all worked out.
