Seems sturdy, just sagging in a couple of spots (areas of greater span - open living area as opposed to the smaller bedrooms with less span btwn walls) - Has anyone experienced this? 

They are looking for primarily flat rooftops that have access to the sky and a sturdy structure to install their equipment.

porcelain tile flooring, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors wired into the ceiling electrical system, the most sturdy screens, if built before 1976 you will have lead based paint issues, make things simple, plan to pay for trash pickup and provide containers with attached lids, can you provide outdoor clothes line (when people live on small budget they hand wash and hang dry which is hard on plumbing shower fixture and moisture)  where is it located?

I'm getting ready to rent out my first home (hurray), but I have some moderately used carpet, and a moderately sturdy swing set. 

I build them to be sturdy and to last, not for re-sale. 

Redoing a couple of small kitchens. 20 years ago there was nothing wrong with basic light oak cabinets. Now everyone is doing painted, but I'm unconvinced that in 10 or 20 years it won't seem odd, and I'm also dubious...

County’s only off-leash dog beach.

A con is that every time we have someone staying in the guest suite, I have to walk my dog on a leash so she (german shepherd) does not go scare our guests.

They need to keep their animal leashed or otherwise contained (electric fence, temporary fence, outdoor kennel, etc).

The detached garage is sturdy but would need a new door and garage door.
