Can we as landlords stick together and deduct all the non pay rents from our property tax?

I really like how you overcome adversity and had the courage to stick with your plan.  

Stick to the basics. 

They made a contract and now the tenant doesn't want to stick to it.

You can point them towards resources, but I recommend you stick to your policies (if you have any) regarding late fees and eviction.

A lot of my clients buying in FL are happy with minimal return but are buying for second homes, tax benefits, etc.I would stick with value add - with refi you can still achieve high CoC and a good equity position. 

Yes we did stick the notice on the door but inspection company said they cannot go without assurance that door will be opened.

It is easier for me because I have basically the opposite of ADHD, but putting everything on Google Calendar and blocking out what you want to do each week usually starts to work wonders if someone sticks to it.

Sometimes you have to step back, really think about your long term and short term goals, stick to a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly plan.

Have you tried using Zillow or are you sticking to platforms like FB?
