Many markets are very competitive so you want to think about where your property falls and how you plan to market, stand out, and get bookings. 

The caveat is that the market has gotten so saturated that your property REALLY needs to stand out and the upfront cost you need to get started is much higher than anywhere else in the country.

Every nightly rental review that has one, is only positive and they usually have 100s of reviews(at least the only ones I can find).I wanted to stand out in my market, while checking the box of "hot tub" since it's a standard amenity now. 

Best case scenario I have a good experience with all 3 providers and worst case none of them stand out. 

As a new college graduate and newer to this market am I wondering what everyone's opinions are on what makes a good property management company and how you can stand out? 

Seems like it could be hard to compete with that, you would really have to make it stand out if you want to justify a higher price.
