Better lock, better programing, and hopefully longer life.I originally bought $350 sheets and $56 microfiber cotton towels from Bed Bath and Beyond; the best they carried and got zero comments so now I buy $7 towels at HomeGoods and if they get stained I just replace.Beyondpricing.com   My listing goes for 4 bedrooms with pool usually $130 Sunday thru Thursday and up to $300 on Friday and Saturday.

The following items were checked: Subterranean Termites, Fungus / Dryrot in siding, roof sheathing, Water stains noted at Master bedroom closet, The Subarea below the bedrooms is inaccessible for inspection due to Dirt covering access, Evidence of Subterranean Termites was noted at/in Subarea which appears to extend into inaccessible areas (garage).

Not having to live through the restoration process of sanding, staining and poly is a plus too, but I am not sure this is the right choice since hardwoods are higher value than LVT.

I got a message from one of them saying that they need to get out of the lease asap - their partner has a temper and has caused damage to the unit, the tenant also sent photos of a hole in the wall, damaged door and trim, and something thrown in the kitchen staining the kitchen cabinets.

I use Cabot semi-solid stain ...it never peels, just eventually wears off.
