The short of it is I walked from that deal and found a cheaper property with a larger floor plan and way nicer finishes. 

The bottom floor is not tall enough.  

A fresh coat of paint can do wonders along with cleaning the carpet or using something like rejuvenate on laminate floors.

The condo has some issues: a faulty breaker box, old and not well-sealed windows, and uneven floors.

ie, wind damages the roof and that lets in rain that damages sheetrock, floors, furnishings,...   

Adding paint and replacing flooring is not going to add much value in the typical case.  

Get on the ground floor and start leaning.

Reframed entire first floor to due previous fire.

The floor of a deal killer has no bounds, you could be wrecked for eternity if it's a material deal.

Fix your cabinet with the missing door, remove the stickers from the mirror and window, close the toilet lid, sweep and mop the floors, use a wide-angle lens, and take pictures from an appropriate angle.
