Silence in this case implies that the seller has no knowledge of any issues with the sewer. 

Took 45 days to close and throughout the process when asking questions there was a lot of silence from the lender and seller when important stuff came up.

Silence done nothing on, others I’ve done a little and if the bank wanted to know I just had a scope of work that read “painting, as needed,” when very little was needed.  

The seller will only sell the 3 together.He has not purchased the deal yet due some unresolved legal issues, including an eviction that is underway but will probably take at least 3 more months.He reached out to me after a few months of radio silence and reaffirmed that they are interested in selling to me and asked for an informal LOI.  

Sorry for the silence, I may have found a couple to partner up with but my fear now is that they just want to use my cash to finance their next deal.
