Right now I'm basically doing pay-as-you-go here-and-there gen-ed courses, but I plan to start pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree in the fall at ISU....maybe.At this point, I have nothing but 200 dollars in savings, and a total of $10k in debt.I moved home for the summer, but rather than get another job as a server, I feel motivated - compelled even - to pursue something bigger.

I have created a "Rend Demand" electronically through the NYC court systems but I will have to hire someone (friend or family member for free) to server her.Should I do this then hire a lawyer or should I just hire a lawyer and let them handle everything?

If banks support the use of the Ethereum blockchain, then they have to also support the value of Ether, which "fuels" the network by giving miners (the people who own the decentralized servers that process the data) an incentive to keep on mining and running the data.

In my mind you only replace a roof on a house or non sensitive commercial setting(ei not a server farm) when you have leaks that cannot be fixed, or you have a insurance event like a hail storm.

Money $2500 may not be worth it for legal actions because you have to pay the upfront costs of court fees, process server, skip trace, filing fees etc.

I've automated very similar to what has been outlined here but my costs are closer to $30 a month for AWS servers and databases.

Conversationally ask what their process is for finding deals that could potentially yield a good cash flow and cash on cash return. There are varying degrees of what I would call "investor-ready" agents, from like a level 0 agent who can't even spell investment; to level 1 where they know the terminology but can't really do investment math and don't understand the approach for evaluating a deal; level 2 where they do know how to evaluate a deal but can only do that on a hunt-and-peck basis with random single listings on the MLS; level 3 is like level 2 but they have an ability to correlate the single listing with a single set of rental info such as through rentometer; level 4 when they know how to take a CSV dump out of the MLS and plug in rental information to develop cash on cash scenarios in Excel; level 5 when they can load a CSV dumped out of the MLS, and another CSV of the MLS rental info, into a database like SQL Server, and run a query that correlates the for sale listings with the rental listings by either geocode or subdivision, and then sort the result by the calculated estimates of cash on cash ROI.

So the process server I hired to serve the Summons/Complaint/Prejudgment Claim of Right to Possession indicated she tried 2 times last week and 1 time this week and each time she was confronted by an entire family in the SFD being vacated, who somehow moved in and would not give their names but informed that they do not know the named Defendant =LProcess server is mailing the proof of service into court (Los Angeles) but I am now wondering how does that work since per LA and OC websites' wording, that they expect even the Claim of Right to Possession be delivered (whether direct or substituted) to a named defendant?!
