@Mary Jay I empathize totally with your sentiments about your job, you wouldn't believe me if I told you the story of my last one, but you have to hit pause for a minute because you're all over the place.What I'm hearing you say is that you want to quit your job so you can go do something else/better... in order to do that you need to have other resources and income. 

I agree with the above sentiments that there aren't too many bad places to live. 

Account Closed  I don't think anyone is here to argue with you that some lenders might agree with your sentiment, but you are TELLING investors how to do business because it HELPS YOU..... what can you do for the investor to HELP THEM? 

That is common knowledge and the sentiment of sellers reflects it.

The market sentiment right now is very hot and I am seeing a lot of my investors really pushing the ARV in a wide range of areas.
