I use listings  with good pics & addresses so that I can make apples to apples comparisons.

Things that make your life easier = 1) Adobe Scan and DC ($17 per mo), 2) Docusign or another e-signature platform ($260 NAR rate +/-).

Depending on whether or not you want to upload other documents as well, some software also has a receipt scanning feature that allows you to take a photo of a receipt with your smartphone.

Most exteriors front pic are not even shown when marketing a MTR.
