@Teekap Pate, I agree with most of what the others have responded.

One of their coaches responded to my inquiry via text but I’ve not been able to re-schedule a consultation.

Because see, they've got a script & the software to tell them how to respond to tenants & owners, what the cost of a repair or appropriate vacancy rate should be, etc... see where this is going?

I had thought I responded.  

They respond thanking for me for keeping them informed.  

I noticed no one responded about El Paso on your list.

Water leaks, problems under the trailer ie insulation falling, a tub cracking, a new roof, frozen/cracked pipes (usually in January- and plumbing companies simply will not respond to mobile homes), rotting siding, bad exterior doors etc. 

There should be an automatic double-lifetime BP ban for the offender, as well as anyone who responds to the thread—and maybe their entire family and all friends.
