We (the buyers) notified our agent that the property must also be move-in-ready.We received images of the interior and exterior which showed the property in move-in ready condition/what appeared to be minimal to no deferred maintenance issues, the listing said "property inmove-in condition/turn-key".

The images are from the living room ceiling.

It's possible the laws have recently changed so reference the Florida landlord/tenant handbook.

Then, when something looks odd, you can reference the deep-dive report to better ID it:)

These are people that you believe would give you a good reference when they come across someone looking to buy or sell.Contact each of these people at least once a month.

When it comes to homelessness, it usually refers to someone who is living in an area that is not meant for human habitation, like a car, sidewalk, or park. 

Also I am referring to a single ADU on a SF zoned lot.
