If your 100% sure the project will redefine the floodplain then I would say ok.I agree that rents appear low which is good.A couple of things with the work that needs to be done.

Every aspect of the economy is manipulated and by redefining how any statistic is calculated, you can make the data show anything you want...and they most certainly do just that. 

His words made me realize just how much time I was wasting watching shows and videos I've already seen before and how I need to redefine what I think hard work really means.
