The best way to find the next good market is to find the hot ones near you and go two towns out in each direction and see which one is progressing more.

@Dominic Franco Hey Dom, I’ve made a lot of progress on my business creation, marketing and have been working my initial leads.

I've asked them to clean their apartments on multiple visits but I am seeing little to no progress.

To me as mentioned path of progress cant go wrong.. unless the city dies. the other land to buy would be timber land in the North west.
