I am just really frustrated that they advertise this insurance that they refuse to pay out. 

Also recognize that this market is currently disconnected.

I have advertised through Hemlane, ZIllow and also MLS. 

However, we also recognize the time value of money, so while it might pencil out to turn a profit, but we get an immediate payback versus a six to nine month holding time, it might make more sense to sell them both as bare land.  

I recognize that my net worth is small compared to some of the people I associate with.
