For those who are running successful Section 8 businesses out-of-state, did you start in just 1 state or if the opportunity made sense would you purchase the property regardless of the state?

You'll learn a lot here.I recommend focusing on 1 strategy/business model and going all in on that one until you've mastered it and it's stable.

However, no matter how good you are, just like us, you are in the real estate business and everything I wrote above happens on a regular basis. 

I contribute that much monthly any way as my side business helps to get me where I want when I retire.
